I listen and ask open ended questions and pointed questions to reveal more and gain deeper understanding of your business and your customers.
I work with you to define a project with goals you determine.
I recruit your staff as well as consultants and contractors as necessary to a team for our project.

Advisory work goes no further than this. For product and development work I remain involved as orchestrator, manager and point of contact for our entire team. For these projects, my focus is keeping business goals and needs driving our work.
My style is centered on my on-going relationship with my client, though frequent contact and continued conversation.
